Lorio Foundation specializes in conventional and insulated concrete forms. We use the IntegraSpec product as our premium choice of concrete insulated form.  It offers a thermal resistance of R-32 by comparison to one conventional with R-12 or less. This fire resistant product can withstand heat of 374ºC and damper sound by more then 50 decibels. Our insulated concrete form is reinforced every 12 inches apart with a concrete steel bar of 20mm and is prepared to receive interior or exterior coating and siding of choice directly on its surface.
